GM, I hope everyone had a Good week! This week's ponderable... When do you Pray? The bible instructs us to Pray All of the time! Do you? Is Prayer a Last Resort or a First Response? I hope we are All moving towards it being a First Response. Prayer is not about just what You Want! The more you Pray the more you will see the effects of Prayer! Our prayer should show Adoration for God, Thanksgiving, Confession, and Supplication for things we want for ourselves and others. Every Prayer is Heard and Answered! Yes, No or Not Yet! God will never Give us something that is not ultimately Good for Us and inline with his will. I heard an interesting quote this week, "The measure of our faith lies not in what God shielded you from, but in how faithfully you navigated through what He chose not to take away." Please pray for me I will be prying for You! I hope everyone has a Great week. JITIY
1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing,
Romans 12:12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
Jeremiah 33:3 Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.
Romans 12:12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
Colossians 4:2 Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.
Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray
for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
