Good morning. Interesting week... Good week... Even though I've been sitting in Tampa with No Electricity, AC, or Internet since Friday... Well, I heard a great quote this week. "If you've forgotten the language of gratitude, you'll never be on speaking terms with happiness" This is pretty powerful... in reality, it is as Powerful as You Want to Make It. Some of our Grateful lists should be Easy; Family, Friends, Health, Country, God! And lets face it. It is so much easier to be Grateful when things are going well... Even though that is when we may forget it the most... More Importantly what is the Language of Gratitude. If you want to be on speaking terms with Happiness You need to Be Grateful ALL of the Time! I understand it is not always easy... When we feel the weight of This World upon us it can be Hard! As I drove to Einstein Bagels this morning for Coffee, Electricity and Wifi, I drove through a couple neighborhoods that are completely trashed... I saw houses, boats, etc totally destroyed... As I prayed for these people I took a breath and started counting my blessings. If you want to speak the language of Gratitude you have to practice it regularly... Make it a Habit, when things are good or bad, say a prayer and be Grateful! Do some little things. Write a Thank You Note. Tell someone how much they mean to You! Pay it Back or Forward. Smile, This can really have a bigger effect than you think. I pray everyone has a Great Week. Be More Grateful and Embrace the Language of Gratitude! Go Birds!

1 Thessalonians 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Psalm 118:24 This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.

Psalm 100:4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!

Romans 8:28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
