Good Morning. I hope everyone handling the cold snap and the snow. 2 snowfalls in PA this week after none in almost 2 years. Hopefully Everyone had a Good Week... Hopefully you had a chance to LAUGH!... And that is our thought of the day. Laughter actually is Healthy. It enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain. it helps, Activate your stress response can soothe tension and improve your immune system. Not to mention it should make your day better. We have talked about laughing at yourself... Now we are just talking about Laughing.... Find the humor in things! Hopefully you are fortunate to have a Belly Laugh this week! If you do, feel free to tell me about it. Bottom Line, Belly Laugh or Not Laugh at least a little More this Week!
