Good Morning. I hope everyone had a Great week. Blessed to be in OBX with longtime friends... and one of my sons... Year 33... Amazing! Last week, we discussed the importance of showing grace to yourself... Much needed! Let's delve deeper into discussing guilt and resentment. Without a doubt, the Guilt we feel for our own actions and the Resentment we hold towards others' actions can significantly impact both our Present and our Future. Another Example of where we need to Let It Go! Feeling guilty will never change what we've done, and harboring resentment won't aid in healing the wounds caused by others. It will however effect you... Your Today and Tomorrow! These things are Very real... the key is how we handle them. Interesting how we come right back to Faith and Prayer! You are not alone. Place your Faith in God and Pray. Offer prayers of Thanks, seek Forgiveness for yourself and others, and ask for Understanding.... Repeat! I hope everyone has a Great week!

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Ephesians 4:31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Job 4:17 Can mortal man be in the right before God? Can a man be pure before his Maker?

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Psalm 38:4 For my iniquities have gone over my head; like a heavy burden, they are too heavy for me.
