E + R = O

Another early morning here. We were down at Univ of MD. Good games and Great presentation from their Head Coach. Rob Vaughn was a really impressive young guy. The youngest Power 5 Head Coach ever. Well he supplied the thought for this week. E+R=O... Events plus Reactions equal Outcomes... Everyone wants to control Outcomes... We Don't! We also don't control the events around us. But We Can Control Our Reactions to those Events which leads to the OUTCOMES! Control what You Can and let the rest go. Have a great week!
